Moorum filling in layers nexc 15 cm incl watering and consolidation with power roller

Rolling to formation level in cutting with power roller Exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne

M & L for 200mm thick (compacted tickness) granular sub base (GSB) of grade I as per table 400- of MORTH, IRC specification laid with mechanical pavers, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and vibratory roller complete as per MORT&H specification clause-401 including all tools and managing diversion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in single layer with laying, spreading (with paver finish only) and compacting base course of graded stone aggregate and granular material conforming to MORTH specification (Table 400-II) in layer of equal compacted thickness each. Consolidated including Pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill), carries of mixed material by tippers to site, laying in uniform layer in base course on a well prepared sub-base/base course and compacted with power vibratory roller to achieve the desire density complete as per MORTH specification clause-406 incl all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion

Preparing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and finally removing all loose dirt by power compressor Cleaning the WBM/WMM surface with power compressor

Applying a tack coat of paving bitumen VG 10 @ of 8 kg /Xsqm

M & L for laying of bitumenous macadam 50 mm thik with paver premixed in bitumenous concrete batching plant using bitumen contents 4.0% Note - Top layer of SDBC delayed more than 10 hrs then a tack coat of paving bitumen shall be applied by the contractor without any cost to the Dept

Applying a tack coat of paving bitumen VG 10 @ of 3 kg /Xsqm

M & L for 40 mm thick SDAC applied on surface with paver and rolled with power roller using bitumen contents 5.5%

Providing precast cement concrete string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match (Set in Cement Mortar 1:4) (Precast cement concrete) (Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate))

M & L for PQC work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A'.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface

M & L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains.

NOTE :- Design of Bridge should be submitted by Contractor and vetted by any Govt Engineering College

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.83,508/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
