Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India along with 50 kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. Note:- The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 150 mm bore, 11 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation. Make:- Model HTSP 3I7 of safeTrode or equivalent make of ISG Global/ Errico.

Supply and fixing Earth pit cover made of Heady duty polyplastic and earth inspection cover made of high grade polypropylene of size top dia not less than 250 mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia having load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed Make:- Safe Trode Model : SEPC 250 of Safe Trode or equivalent make of ISG Global/ Errico.

Supply and fixing copper strip 20 x 3mm thick as earthing lead fixed to wall/roofs etc all as directed.

S&F Epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing copper earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc.

M&L for recharging of existing defective earth pit after excavation upto one feet depth of surrounding the earth pit as notified by the Engr-in-Charge by pouring the Earth Re-charger Hydrate Crystalline Gel Earthing Compound packing of 6 Kgs Bucket for each earth pit, Note:- It shall be Water Soluble soil Reactivation Earthing Compound for earth resistance enhancement and can be used in all type of existing earth pits, environmentally & metallurgically Safe, Non-Corrosive, eco friendly, and purity of the compound shall be 98-100%. These shall be effective for min 12 to 18 months.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x3.15mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with Copper earth strip 20mmx3 mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing medium grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete. NOTE:- Copper strip 20x3mm upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs if required shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6 mm thick and bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete. NOTE:- GI strip 32X6mm upto 7.5 Mtrs shall be included in quoted rates and length beyond 7.5 mtrs if required shall be measured and paid separately.
