S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forAutoclaved aerated Bricks (AAC) block masonary with 150 to 300mm thick with grade _ I , AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS- 2185 (Part-III) in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level with RCC band at sill Level and lintel Level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: RCC band and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work, stone wall or concrete surfaces in finished even and smooth in CM 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of alkali resistant Priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel sections such as Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - 'A', fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing conforming to IS 278 to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Make and sample approved by GE.

M&L Rozar Concertina coil 0.610M dia having 50 spiral per 6M length, weight 8kg aooroximately (+5%), expandable to 6 to 8meters, over angle iron 'Y' or 'U' shaped , tied to angle iron with GI clips on each angle iron to retain horizontal, consisting of 2.6mm dia heavy galvanised high tensile spring wire as per IS 4454, barb length 24 +1mm, pitch between 2 barbs 35mm +1mm made of 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS- 513, heavy duty clips as per IS 2062 and epoxy resin coating for anti corrosion complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and all specified and directed. Note: MS frame work shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls embedded in CM 1:3, 25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Broken glass shall be with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set, glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes, 75mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement-lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable , stacking the serviceable materials within 100M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
