Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/track coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (Approx) binder (bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix , rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller including refixing/raising brick edging to required gradient and camber complete all as specified Note : (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bitumenous SDAC will be got done from approved Lab. (c) The quantity of bitumen actually used at site shall be as per mix design formula aprooved by GE. (d) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechenical paver.

Material and labour for Repair to pot holes of depth, not exc 1.0sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with bitumen binder VG-30 @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

M & L for moorum /red bajri/ earth filling in floors or pavings berms forming embakment including raising (or lowering) earth laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watering ramming rolling and finishing to required size shape etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 1.25 mm thick including glass with machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 20011(4th revision) complete all as specified. Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine

Supply and fixing road stud yellow colours ABS plastic dynamically design having high impact strength high density and fixed with nails and adhesive of size 90x100x 17mm including taking out existing studs complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stones or boulders deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface in broken boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete, Type D-2 1;4;8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for 25mm sand filling under/over floors or in foundation including watering and consolidating.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 grade with grey cement, and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
