Dismantling boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

(i) S & F false ceiling provided with GI powder coated snap grid frame suitable for 600 m x 600 mm board / tile consisting of main runner cross fee wall angle etc. ( As per CA ). (ii) The grid frame work will consist of pre-coated interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main " T " runners ( main & cross) with a size 24 mm x 38 mm and 24 x 32 mm at 30 mm thick (min) & a wall angle of 24 x 24 x 0.4 mm thick ( min ) duly suspended with 3 mm dia GI wire adjustable hanger fixed with steel dash through fastener from RCC roof (As per CA) (iii) The ceiling tile shall be of 10 mm thick in center & having 15 mm densified edges calcium sillicate tile of size 595 x 595 m & approved make the work will be carried out as per manufactures instructions and as directed by Engr-In-Charge ( As per CA ) Approved brand for :- (a) Snap grid frame work (b) False ceiling tiles Make:- Armstrong / Ramco industries limited.

S & F 25 mm thick insulated PVC wall lining consisting of PVC insulated panel with single side prelam sheet / wood grain printed PVC sheet or any other design approved by Engr-In-Charge fixed to wall including PVC frame work as per manu facturers instructions complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Any approved make.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for fdn etc in hard dense soil all as spd & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for fdn etc in soft/disintegrated rock all as spd & directed.

Cement concrete in foundations,Type D2 in cm 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass-concrete all as specified and directed.

Reinforcement cement concrete M-25(Design Mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified

Reinforcement cement concrete M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) Design Mix in column, pillars, post and struts all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed .

S&F 4 mm thick ACP sheeting on existing MS gates all as per design and pattern of any colour including fixing with stainless steel tapping screw with necessary drilling and filling joints with silicon and necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as direct, drilling holes, notiching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling bolting or reveting,etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) but in wire entanglements aprons, barries, gates etc. all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 900 mm dia having 50 row round per 6 mtr length spring core wire ( 2.5 mm thick ) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg/Sq mm with tape ( 0.52 mm thick ) and weight 43.47 gm per meter and fixing the same with existing / new Y shape angle iron placed 3 m apart whith all fixing arrangement GI wire. Note:- the concertina coil shall be fixing on existing T section angles and dia shall be maintained 900 mm including fixing clips / binding wires required for tieing up concertina to angle iron frame .

S & F brass letter of size exc 20 cm height & n exc 30 cm height, having thickness not less than 1.20 mm, fixed to wall/gate with necessary hooks & fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Above rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Taking down old servceable fire alram system incl follwing accesseries and kept on safe custudy for re used at site ( fire panel -01 , Fire alarms/ smoke detectors /senser / MCP/ Hooter-40 fire alarm cable - 300 RM approx).

M&L wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring of 2x1.5 Sqmm + 1x1.5 Sqmm earth wire, alongwith earth wire PVC (FR-LSH) insulated copper conductor, single core, 1100 v grade cable in Steel conduit fixed on ceilling or in concealed as reqd at site complete all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair LED Post top lantern weather proof indirect lighting solution Make Cormpton Cat Pt No LPTC-40-CDL or equivalent in Havells/Bajaj.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing 800 Kg gear system electric sliding gate opener / slid door motor with 3 gear rail 230 V AC with all connected accessories as rail gear and conneting copper cable of suitable size . complete for fully function of sliding gate.

S&F PVC insulated and weather proof three core copper multi stranded conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm size as required length for replacing unserviceable cable for Gate light from junction box to gate light connector in PVC conduit all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
