Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring / hard standing and similar works with out using extra cement surface of concrete finished with spike rolling to surfaces of making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green etc including joints filling with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints fillings with sealing compound grade A complete all as speified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete less than 25 cm etc including joints filling with sealing compound grade 'A' including mixing metallic floor hardener complete all as specified and directed. Note: Metallic floor hardner will be measured and paid separtely.

Supply only metalic floor hardener.

M&L for applying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017 mineral finish, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm and torch applications of membrane with 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions and applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed. complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work/stone/concrete surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering for ceiling 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) first layer and rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith and applying two coat of fire resistant paint over a coat of fire resistant primer. etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of obtaining clearance from local authorities if any.
