Overhead Tank (OHT) of 0.30 ML capacity on 15.00 m staging height with suitable pile foundation, including container with roof slab, staging columns and bracings, inlet/outlet/overflow and scour pipe arrangements with valves and specials, ancillary units, lightning conductor, staircase, walkways and passages with G.I. railings for inspection and maintenance, provision of manholes with covers, ventilators and suitable water level indicator, finishing, water-tightness test and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete with R.C.C. Clear Water Pumping Station and Pump House of plinth area 4.60 m × 3.00 m, comprising R.C.C. columns, lintel, brick masonry walls, ramp, suitable steel trusses with CGI roofing, doors, windows, internal and external electrification with good finish, and provision of pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, including all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Ningthoukhong Ward No.14 site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Construction of Chowkidar Quarter-cum-Godown having plinth area 57.46 sqm, including foundation, superstructure with brick masonry and R.C.C. works, roofing, flooring, plastering, doors, windows, internal water supply and sanitary installations, internal and external electrification with fittings, painting, finishing and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at OHT site, Ningthoukhong Ward No.14, as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Design, Drawing and Construction of Brick Compound Wall of total length 110.00 m and height 2.00 m, including foundation, brick masonry in cement mortar, R.C.C. columns, coping, plastering, finishing and painting, together with providing and fixing of standard steel gate comprising 2 shutters of size 4.00 m (width) × 2.30 m (height) each with necessary hinges, locking arrangements and mechanical fittings, painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at OHT site Ningthoukhong Ward No.14 as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Construction of Pump House having plinth area 10.43 sqm with suitable pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, brick masonry walls with R.C.C. columns, lintel and ramp, providing and fixing of steel trusses and frames with superior quality CGI roofing sheets, doors and windows, complete internal and external electrification with necessary fittings and accessories, finishing with good quality paint on steel and wall surfaces, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Ningthoukhong Treatment Site for Shantipur as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing and Construction of Pump House having plinth area 10.43 sqm with suitable pump foundations for 2 (two) pump sets, brick masonry walls with R.C.C. columns, lintel and ramp, providing and fixing of steel trusses and frames with superior quality CGI roofing sheets, doors and windows, complete internal and external electrification with necessary fittings and accessories, finishing with good quality paint on steel and wall surfaces, and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete at Shantipur (NHPC side) as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Design, Drawing and Repairing of existing Service Reservoir of plinth area 121 sqm at Ningthoukhong Treatment Site (Ningthoukhong Water Treatment Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD), including demolition and removal of existing C.G.I. roofing and other dismantled items, surface preparation and providing necessary R.C.C. jacketing to walls and floor, construction of new R.C.C. roof slab with required pipe fittings, specials and accessories, finishing, curing, water-tightness test and all allied civil, mechanical and electrical works, complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Energisation of suitable capacity Transformer adequate to operate all pumping machineries for the scheme/intake, including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines with poles, cross-arms, insulators, stay sets, earthing and allied fittings, along with internal and external lighting, cabling, protection devices and panels, with all labour, materials, transport, testing and statutory clearances, complete at OHT site, Ningthoukhong Ward No.14 as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Design, Drawing, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Energisation of suitable capacity Transformer adequate to operate all pumping machineries for the scheme/intake, including erection and stringing of necessary HT & LT lines with poles, cross-arms, insulators, stay sets, earthing and allied fittings, along with internal and external lighting, cabling, protection devices and panels, with all labour, materials, transport, testing and statutory clearances, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department for technical approval, inspection and other mandatory formalities, complete at Ningthoukhong Treatment Site as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Design, drawing and construction of pipe crossing steel truss bridges across rivers, nallah, etc. and chambers for Air Valve, Scour Valve and Sluice Valve including testing of pipe joints, fittings, valves, and disinfection of all pipes, trial run and commissioning, etc. complete from Ningthoukhong treatment to OHT site at ward no. 14. Operation and Maintenance for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures created under the above works, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and pumping mains, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
