M& L for Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for Drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match with Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 but except bricks (serviceable bricks obtained out of dismantling shall be made use of) complete all as specified and directed..

M&Lproviding precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 35mm thick (measured solid) including all moldings set in CM 1:4(Type Bo 1:2:4 12.5mm graded aggregate) in repairs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete with grey cement and pigment interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness M 35 grade with gray cement all as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finish.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming construction (dummy) joints 65 mmx10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2(40 mm graded agg ) for plinth protection 75 mm thick, finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only in repairs Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush Granite or trap stone including taking down of old stone complete all as specified and directed.

Dismandling of RCC fencing post in any section including taking out embedded portion.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type n.exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Surfaces of any descri-ption, n. exc 10cm in width or girth and preparation of new untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle/ flate iron/chanel framed work such as iron gate, ladder, SWT frame, grills, gratings,framed guard bars, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
