Notes for BOQ items:- (i) Contractor is required to deploy the Tradesman & helper daily (except holiday & Sunday) as under:- (a) One Plumber with One helper for all Plumbing related items including sanitary fittings and plumbing works of Sch ‘A’. All the trandesman shall be available at MES service centre at Technical area from 0830 Hours to 1630 Hours on all days. The rates quoted by contractor shall deemed to be include this aspect. In case, if the contractor fails to employ the above persons, a recovery of Rs 700/- per tradesman per day and Rs 400/- per helper per day will be deducted from the payments due to him. Contractor shall produce attendance register of tradesman & helper at the time of RAR payment duly signed by AGE. (ii) Attendance register alongwith details of complaint to monitor the arrival and departure of tradesman shall be maintained by JE-in-Charge and signed by the contractor on daily basis. (iii) The tradesman employed by the contractor shall have experience in their trades. The contactor will get the names of tradesman approved from Engr-in-Charge. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject the employment of such person forthwith. No claim what-so ever be entertained on this regard.

Dismantling PVC Tanks of capacity 250 Ltrs and 500 Ltrs and sold to contrator through schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC Tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs and 1000 Ltrs and sold to contrator through schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roatation moulded polythene water storage tank 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roatation moulded polythene water storage tank 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair low density 32mm dia polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to WHB/urinal waste pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm dia bore iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Minimum weight 210 gms

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from Exc 250 liters capacity & n. exc 500 litres tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes of tanks and cleaned with bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China wash basin, angle back, size 550x400mm white, excluding taps but including brackets, cutting for and finning in ends of brackets or erecting stand and 32 mm waste fitting, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware WHB with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed and waste pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: Water profing compound will be measured ans paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including one coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar (but not backing) including removing the debries from the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured 300x450x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
