Upkeeping of Central Explosive Magazine Complex near Jhinguradah for two years at Jayant Project

Item Description/ Heading

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of service building and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of general/common toilet including cleaning of WC pan(Indian/European type) wash basin, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean and hygienic and providing naphthalene balls in urinals complete with all tools,tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of Septic tank of 20 users capacity with tools & tackles including disposal of sludge material outside the periphery of colony with all leads at a specified place complete as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of toilet (Floor area upto 10 Sqm) including cleaning of dado, skirting, WC pan (Indian type/western type), wash basin, urinals, glass shelves, mirror and other fittings, if any for D type or equivalent Qtrs. including any other wash basin outside the toilet by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution acids, deodorants, phenyl etc.to make the toilet clean & hygienic all complete with tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of Inspection chamber of all sizes and disposal of sludge etc. all specified place outside the colony with all leads including removal & replacing of top cover, mending the damages of cover and chamber, if any etc. as per instruction of EIC.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of roof top water tank, including draining out water, cleaning, disinfecting the tank, by bleaching power etc. and washing the tanks with fresh water, writing of cleaning date with paint on the outer face of the tank all complete with tools, tackles and consumables as per instruction of EIC.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m. All kinds of soil.
