Renovation of Crematorium Ground in W.No.12

Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches, Piles bore and other civil works up to and including 1.5metre lift , 6.00 meter piles bond and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush,shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying of filling sand in foundation and over areas including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, labours, tools, taxes etc., all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 stone agregate 40 mm nominal size) as levelling course in foundation and plinth etc. including tempering, curring ,shuttering etc.complete all depth and height.

Brick work with Fly ash. Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth having crushing strength not less than 75.00 kg/cm2 immerging the bricks in water not less than six hours before use in masonary.

16mm cement plaster on Internal RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

12mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

C.C (1:2:4) using 12mm to 20mm size hard granite chips including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc., complete

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer. of approved colour and manufacture as per specification, instruction of Engineer in charge at all elevations including all material labour complete.

Providing & laying Paver Block 80mm thick including all cost etc. complete

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for CC or R.C.C. work including false work & dismentalling then after casting with all cost etc. complete.

Modern Art or terracottac are painting at smasan ghat direction of Engineer-in-charge with all cost rate per sqm. including priming, plastic emulsion paint, labour, materials, etc. complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C & stainless square pipe bracing of 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design & specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required etc., complete.

Cost towards Transperency board, photograph, cleaning of Jungle & other unforseen items
