Sound level of up to 50 dB inside the room is acceptable. The unit shall be in conformation with IS 1391 Part-I 2023 and CPWD Specification. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 Degree Celsius. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 deg C (outdoor ambient temperature). The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 Degree Celsius. Min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The work shall include making suitable opening in the wall / glass for drawing of refrigerant pipes, power connections to indoor and outdoor units, sealing the holes properly on the wall, mending good the damages, etc. including supplying and fixing of prototype adjustable readymade stand made of steel for resting condenser unit either on flat surface or on wall [as per site requirement - either floor mounted or wall mounted], having adequate strength for carrying load of condenser unit, duly prepainted with anticorrosive paint, nuts, bolts, fasteners, grouting / properly securing from accidental fall, fasteners, antivibration pad, including topping up of fresh refrigerant after installation, etc. complete as required. Must comply: Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615; Material of evaporator & Condenser: made of Copper. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS : 1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 deg Celsius (outdoor ambient temperature).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required.

(Acceptable make: Supreme / Astral / Prince / Ashirwad / Prakash)

DRAIN PIPE: Supplying and laying of ISI marked flexible braided PVC pipe of 25 mm dia for draining of sweated water from AC evaporator (indoor) unit including providing tee, joints, elbows, supports, etc. wherever required etc. complete as required. (Acceptable make: Prakash / Prince / Supreme / Astral / Georg Fischer)

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface / recess alongwith 10 / 16 A, 240 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Acceptable make: Havells / Siemens / L&T / Legrand / ABB / Schneider / C&S / HPL / Hager)

Supplying and laying of ISI marked FRLS industrial multistranded copper flexible cable of following size and type and of 1.1 kv grade conforming to IS694:2010 including making connection etc. for communication / indoor power supply between indoor and outdoor unit and other units, etc. as required. (Acceptable make: Havells / Universal / Gloster / Finolex / Polycab / RR Kabel / KEI / Rallison) [NB: Single stranded cable not to be used]
