Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tarfelt including bitumen from roof including parapets etc including removing of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for priming plastered roof surfaces with a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm, APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls of area exc. 150 sq.cm but n. exc 400 sq.cm built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in unframed work 40 sq. cm and over in section fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel Joist channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) vomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un- plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crack filling with approved crack filler to arrest seepage and running water through masonry/RCC surfaces etc. complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Dr. Fixit Leak Plug or its equivalent.

S&F anodised aluminium frame with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for door, windows, ventilator with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters with powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Cutting of wall in round shape and making and using machin cutting only and making opening , at height, fixing of suitable premoulded block of reqquired suitabel for mounting of 300 mm dai exhaust fan including making food the disturbged surfaces, plastering, matching with existing clour aloing with hole size matching with existing colour and clearing all debries and making the work area clean all specified and directed .
