Proving and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS – 1 ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per Sqm. On the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503. including entire carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & laying 30mm thick Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH capacity batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 to 5.60 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to site of work, laying with a Hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification Clause No. 508. including entire carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work Should be Executed as per Job Mix formula approved by the department. The rate should be quoted accordingly. nothing extra shall be applicable on this account.
Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder. Transported to site upto a leads of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. i.e entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in -Charge.
Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grams per square metre thickness is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 including entire carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
