Scariying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and n exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) binder content any penetration by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix. Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5 %. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of ₹67.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines stop line dashe arrow etc and the like exceeding 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Solar cat eye/ solar stud of size 13.5x10.5x2.5cm made out of aluminium alloy shell 100% water proof design according to IP 67 unbreakable poly carbonate clear facing designed for maintenance free operation fitted with high efficiency mono-crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 Watt, one Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargabale Battery (1.V/1600 MA), Six super Bright LED's with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Milicandela), Flash Rate:2Hz approx, Bearable Weight: 10 Tons approx, Red/Green Colour with Working Time :3 to 4 days after fully charged bettery, Charging Time :5 to 6 hours from direct sun light and automatically turn on at night and turns off at drawn faility compleate all as specifed and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye/ pavement marker of size 11.5x7.0x1.6cm made out of acryilc strene-acrylonitrile or hi-impact poly strene fitted with moulded metheacrylate (MNC) reflector cube corner reflector design, fitted with tightly adhering pooting compound as per ASTDM-4280 provided with butuminous adhesive in sufficient quantity with each unit sos fixing with two shank reflector on the face. ( Coefficient of lamination as per specifiction and compressive strength 13 tons at 223 degree contigrade etc) double side lenses compleate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MS delinators SVD-3, 1200mm long 75mm dia MS pipe medium grade with hip 75mm around three strip of 50mm wide (each strip) and with mesh with yellow, green, red hi retro reflective tape, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted is deemed to include for excavation and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size (300x300x600mm).

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all aspecified and directed

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for palin cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair speed bump of ABS material with two high reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process and fixed on to the speed bump size of speed bump is 495mmx420mmx70mm complete all as specified and as directed.
