Stage 1: Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debries outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Stage 2: Providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of STP Ltd in the proportion /quantity all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 3 : Primer - Mix Tarfelt LM with water in ratio 1:1 @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plaster surfaces Stage 4 : Application of 1 st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd without dilution with water@1kg/sqm by brush all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 5: Laying 50 GSM fyber glass cloth over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still tacky Stage 6: After 6 to 7 hours interval apply second coat i.e final coat of Tarfelt LM without dilution with water of STP Ltd by brush as per manufactures instructions.@1kg /Sqm Stage 7: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP NO -1 @ 250ml/50kg cement all as manufactures instructions.

M&L for cement concrete Type E2, 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Shali Crete (Acrylic polymer Coating) water proofing compound.

M&L Demolition of cement concrete any face internal /external unreinforced of any type any level and at any position Ensure that structure is at least 3 days old, Bonding Agent Bond coat with a mixing ratio of 1:2 (one part of ShaliCrete® and two parts of cement). The applied bonding agent should be in tacky condition before topping. Repair Mortar Bond coat with a mixing ratio of 1:2 (one part of ShaliCrete® and two parts of cement) including 10mm Repair Mortar with a mixing ratio of 1:2:4 (one part of ShaliCrete®, two parts of cement and five part of sand) applied in specified area.• After the application of Repair Mortar to keep the surface moist for 12 - 24 cement complete all as specified Note : Shali Crete (Acrylic polymer Coating) .a shall be measured & paid seperately.and including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 67,392.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
