Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc.

M&L for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sqmm copper cable FRLS multistranded unsheathed drawn through & including casing and capping and 1.5 sqmm conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly including pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches sockets regulator etc all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 2 above but for bell point.

M&L for point wiring for 5 amp independent point with 1.5 sqmm copper wire & 1.5 sq mm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including casing and capping of suitable size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Submain wiring with 4 sqmm three runs (Phase, neutral and earth) of single core multi stranded FRLS unsheathed PVC copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as per colour code drawn in casing capping including all accessories as required and connecting to Existing main switch board/DB & testing on completion including dismantling old unserviceable submain wiring complete.

Supply & Fixing Submain wiring with 6 sqmm five runs (Three phase, one neutral and one for earth) of single core multi stranded FRLS unsheathed PVC copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as per colour code drawn in casing capping including all accessories as required and connecting to Existing main switch board/DB & testing on completion including dismantling old unserviceable submain wiring complete.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting surface and wall mounted batten with 10 watts LED having minimum 100 lumens/watts and with integrated electronic driver complete made up of polycarbonate complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED tube light fitting surface and wall mounted batten with 20 watts LED complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED tube light fitting surface and wall mounted batten with 22 watts LED complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing integrated LED Bulk Head fitting with LED 10 watts complete with LED Bulk Head with PDC aluminium housing and milky diffuser.

Fixing only LED bulb 7/9/12 watts, LED retrofit lamp B-22 holder base with polycarbonate diffuser and aluminium heat sink all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber real bush, canopy and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Taking down and servicing / cleaning of exhaust fan 200 to 300mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of exhaust fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush, gun metal ball bearing, capacitor, split pin etc and re-assembling the fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball bearing of suitable size for ceiling fan/exhaust-fan of any type as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only gun metal bush of suitable size for ceiling fan /exhaust fan any type as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and opening the body cover of ceiling fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing complete including soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back all as directed Note : - (a) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at NOFRA Sub stn and in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan is deducted from contractors due and rewinding of same once again is bonded. (b) Fan should be return to MES yard after rewinding within 10 days from the date of issue otherwise a penalty of Rs 10/- per day per fan is deducted from contractor due.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old painted surface of ceiling fan and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spraying paint on machine including making MES number on body of the fan including taking down, refixing, connecting and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair fan capacitor 2.5 mfd 240 V AC supply.

Supply & fixing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep (ISI Marked), 230 volts includung connection rod as per existing size of length of GI pipe medium grade including dismantling of old one and depositing in MES store yard as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing wall mount fan 400mm sweep, 5 star rated (ISI marked) 230 volts including dismantling of old one depositing in MES store yard as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing exhaust fan 200mm sweep, plastic body, square type 230 volts including dismantling of old one depositing in MES store yard as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep, heavy duty, metal body, 230 volts including dismantling of old one depositing in MES store yard as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
