Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l. Extra for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/l (vide classification of soil item-B)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand (zone-lll) :3 gradde stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing Centering & Shuttering including Strutting, Propping etc. & Removal of Form for columns, pillars, piers, Abutments, posts and strusts.

reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers , abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level , excluding costo of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement: 1:½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand(zone-lll) :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nomimal size)

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing inclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.(a) 8mm & 10mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for Tata (Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL,Electrosteel Steels Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)}

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Labour for fitting & fixing barbed wire fencing in six rows horizantal up to a height of 1.85 M and two diagonals including fixing of post in cement concrete at 2.5 M centres including cost of staples (but excluding the cost of cement concrete angle iron post ,its cutting and making holes,nuts and bolts) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royality and carriage up to 5 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)
