Maintenance and repairs works to the OHT at Appanaickenpalayam in Ward No 1 North Zone

1. Earth work excavation in all soils with initial lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

2. Plain cement Concrete in 1:4:8 mix (one cement, four sand,eight metal) using 40mm size Hard Broken stone as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

3. Dismantling the Old Damaged Wrought and put-up Framed Timbers in roofs / floors

4. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs, Rectangular beems, Tee (or) ECC Beam, Lintel, Bed Block, Staircase waist and landing slabs landing beams, canopy etc., in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. 5. Supply and fabrication of RTS rods in various dia including cutting, bending, tying with borbad wire and all labour charges

6. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete

7. Filling With M sand Mortar at site etc.

8. Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 63mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

9. Scrapping the Old Plastered Surface

10. Plastering with Cement mortor 1:3 to 20mm thick inclding all cost etc complete
