REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF GEYSER AND SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM AND ITS ALLIED WORKS AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Repair & maintenance of geyser of 25/50 Ltrs capacity of any existing make, carefully by disconnecting electrical & water connection, dismantling and inspecting all the parts, for its serviceability, cleaning of serviceable parts i.e. Heating element, base assembly, connecting lead, thermostat, electrical contact, electrical wiring, indicators, safety valves, vacuum control/pressure reducing valve, PVC connection, inner tank, outer tank, glass wool insulation etc and refixing the same after replacement of unserviceable parts matching with existing make and sizes as mentioned above, re-assembling, reconnecting, refixing with electrical & water connections and testing complete all as directed. Notes (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as supply only. (ii) Cost of minor items i.e. Screws, nut & bolts, all T&P etc. shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply only Geyser stainless steel connection Pipe 15 mm bore with PTMT nuts, rubber washers etc complete of length 450 mm long matching with existing complete all as specified.

Supply only geyser element 2.0 KW, ISI marked with gasket, nuts, bolts suitable for the existing triangular/round shape/make of the geyser under repair including matching with existing Make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser element 1.5 KW, ISI marked with gasket, nuts, bolts suitable for the existing triangular/round shape/make of the geyser under repair including matching with existing Make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat (ISI marked) suitable for existing make of the geyser under repair of capacity 50/25 Ltrs complete all as specified.

Supply only geyser safety multifunction valve (pressure release valve) for the existing make & capacity 50/25 ltrs of geyser complete all as specified.

M&L for painting of geysers of any capacity 25/50 Ltr with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint after scraping the existing old painted surface complete all as directed.

Supply only geyser anchor fastener bolts of minimum length 100mm and dia 10mm for geysers for the capacity of geyser complete all as specified.

S&F Geyser 25 ltrs capacity 5 Star rated single phase 230 volts 50 Hz ,2 KW including required number of bolts, nut, grouting/plastering arrangement to fix the geyser properly & safely on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of Necessary grouting/nuts, bolts, PCC, making good etc. are deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.

S&F Horizontal Geyser 50 ltrs capacity 5 Star rated single phase 230 volts 50 Hz ,2 KW including required number of bolts, nut, grouting/plastering arrangement to fix the geyser properly & safely on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of Necessary grouting/nuts, bolts, PCC, making good etc. are deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate.
