Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping/ gola including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved, consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer, of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps. Over the coat , the layer membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturer's instructions. The vitalphysical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under:- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650 / 450N/5cms. (ii)Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N / 5cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexiblity upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147). (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of manufacturer of membrane only.

M & L plain cement concrete tiles 20-22 mm thick , type B-1 type (1:2:4) pointed in neat cement slury over 15mm thick sceed bed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls built in cement mortar etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note : WPC shall be measured separately)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer of approved shade on walls all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any descreption and in water storage tanks for any size /capacity/position including removal of debris to low laying area or out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational molded polythene water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with closed top ) of capacity 500 ltrs, double walled hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with plolythene float and fly nut of 20mm bore to connect GI pipecomplete screwed for 20mm iron pipe including GI nipple /union as specified in SSR, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, of size 20mm bore including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only water tubing 20mm bore obtained from taking down above and fixed to walls and ceiling or laying in floors including cleaning the old pipe for reuse, with new fittings & fixtures to make it functional complete all as specified and directed

S&F Steel water tubing medium grade 20mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Gun metal globe or gate valves of 20 mm dia in replacement with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repair.

Dismantling asbestos cement (Corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets in roof covering and removal from site of work all as specified and directed .

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to grade IS 1161-1979, including dismantling existing old structure, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying twocoat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down AC/PVC pipes and fittings upto 110mm, and removal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls includig iron clamps of size 25x3mm all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single/double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls after cleaning the old pipe retrieved from serial item no 26.00, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore of any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, 50 mm thick using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished fair and even including provison of construction joint and filling with compound grade 'A' all as specified and directed.
