Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm thick: Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 509, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift , loading, unloading stacking, transporting etc., complete including lead for Bitumen & Emulsion.Using Grading-II Material etc., Complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-5 on prepared surface using Rapid setting Bituminous (RS-1) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete, including lead for Emulsion. Using Rapid setting Bituminous (RS-1) emulsion On bituminous surfaces at 2.0kg/10 sqm etc., complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Bitumionus Concrete: Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-16, 17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Stone dust/Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with bituminous binder in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen and with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/tack coat. Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 - 2001 made of high intensity grade micro prismatic HIP type IV sheeting, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The item includes earthwork excavation, Cement Concrete M-15 grade, 2 coats of approved colour synthetic enamel painting to the steel surface, as per clauses, including curing, cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete. Metal Beam Crash Barrier Type - A, “W” : Providing, erecting and fixing “W” metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete. Providing and fixing RCC precast guard stones of size 0.23mx0.23mx1.5m casted in cc 1:1.5:3 with 20mm down size aggregates using 10mm dia vertical 4TMT steel rods and 8 mm dia stirrups at 20 em c/c fixed 0.90 m above Ground level using steel moulding, Curing, transportation to work spot including excavation in hard soil fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm downsize aggregate including aligning to plumb and line providing enamel painting to exposed faces in alternate black and white strips and painting with reflective paint on top of guard stone with a width of 10 em including cost of all materials, labour, hire charge of machineries complete. Construction ot Subgrade and Earthern Shoulders: Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 in layers not exceeding 250mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader, consolidation by vibratory road roller including all leads, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of machinery etc., complete. Removal of unservicable soil:-Removal of unservicable soil with hydraullic excavator 0.9 cum bucket capacity including excavation, loading in tippers, unloading, all lifts, disposal upto 1000 metres including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc complete., As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil): Making up loss of material / irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil upto 150mm excavated by excavator, carriage by tipper and compacting it with plate compactor to the desired field density including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead & lift etc., complete. As directed by Engineer incharge of the work.
