Fly ash brick Masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using flyAsh bricks of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm in foundation & plinth having crushing strength not less than 75kg per sqcm with dimentional tolerance +/-8% including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of labour charges etc completed

4cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm & down graded size HG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site for old work as per the specification approved by the department & direction of E.I.C (data per 1sqm)

Supplying fitting fixingfully glazed aluminium framed openable windows using 15micorn anodized aluminium section 2082 as out setion 9139 as mullion section 4124 as per shutter section frame with tapered clips section 4125 aluminium angle rubber beading, frictionstay and handle etc excluding cost of black glass.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including curing, cost & conveyance, royalty & all taxes, etc., complete.

Painting two coat over iron work using synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer

Finishing wall surface with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work of two coats over one coat of primer including cost of paints & primer and labour charges etc complete.

First Floor

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint for two coat with any approved paint. GF

Providing fitting fixing of aluminium door with anodized aluminium door section of 9208 as vertical member, 9021 as top, 9200 as bottom and middle member with frame section as 9221 with tapered clips No.4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle aNo1855 including cost of labour T&P hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc complete execuding cost of laminated boad.

Supplying all materials ,labour T&P for providing mild stell tubular post & trusses and base plate made out of EPW tubes grade YST 210 conforming to ISS no 1161/79 dully painted with red oxide primer etccomp.
