M&L for Surface preparation incliding Removing/chipping and cleaning of existing loose plaster carefully by manual using chisel and hammer or low impact frequency hammer without damaging the existing blockwork including cleaning the surfaces by compressed air jet complete including removing loose plaster around the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The entire surface will be checked by light hammering for detection of loose plaster.

M&L for providing and applying reebaklens RR is a cleaning agent with a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents and is supplied as a clear green solutions as per the manufacturer specifications and the whole applied area shall be washed thoroughly with water complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed.. Note:- Work shall be executed by authorised applicator and complete all as per the instructions of manufacturer and as directed .

M&L for clean the rebars using the rust remover if there exists any rust, otherwise clean the rebar free of foreign material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrosive coating like Nitozinc Primer to the exposed rebar all around in two coats mechanically using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle & apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed. Note:- Work shall be executed by authorised applicator and complete all as per the instructions of manufacturer and as directed Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

M&L for providing and applying Nitobond EP bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system. The bonding agent shall be applied by bruch & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs at 20 deg C & 2-3 hrs at 30 Deg C. The product shall achieve 50Nmm2 compressive strength, 20N/mm2 tensile strength, 35 N/mm2 flexural strength and 10 N/MM2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. The adhesive bond to the concrete shbstrate shall exceed the tensile strength of the host concrete, etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed. Note:- Work shall be executed by authorised applicator and complete all as per the instructions of manufacturer and as directed Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as mentioned in list of make as approved by AGE(I)

Providing and applying Fosroc Nitocote PE135 or equivalent single component, high performance, hydrophobic polyester resin waterproofing cum pretective coating, with chemical and abrasion resistance free from hazardous materials and UV stable for the application over microconcrete. The protective coating shall be applied at coverage of 2.5sqm/ltr in two coats to achieve wet film thickness of 400 microns depending or porosity of substrate etc complete. It shall have lesser water absorption <0.2%, density of 1.25+2% and adhesion strength>2Mpa complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed.
