Construction of Sakav and Road for Charmakar Samaj Houses approach Road At Saawrat

Item No.1:- Excavation for foundation in Hard murum and boulders including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres, beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete

Item No. 2:- Excavation for foundation in soft rock including shoring and strutting as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete.

Item No.3:- Excavation for foundation in hard rock by chiselling and wedging or line drilling including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete.

Item No.4:- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix / ready mix M15 CC of trap/ granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for the bottom plugs of wells in the dry condition including compaction and curing wherever necessary etc. complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with natural /artifical sand)

Item No.5:- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M-20 plain cement concrete of trap /granite/quartzite/ gneiss metal for cast in citu piers, abutment, returns, wings etc. including provision of "V" shaped false joints to form suitable panels on the faces to approve design with compacting by vibrating and curing complete, including plywood/steel form work centering ( excluding dewatering by means of pump) and including bailling out water and curing finishing in CM 1:3 etc. complete. as directed by engineer in charge basic rate shall be increased for height above 5.00 m in followinh manners (a) Height upto 5 M. (With Concrete Mixer)With Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand

Item No.6:- Providing and laying in situ controlled Using concrete Mixer R.C.C. M-20 Span less than 30 Mtr. in moderate condition.of trap metal for R.C.C. caps over piers and abutments including necessary scaffolding, formwork compaction by vibrating finishing and curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement)

Item No. 7:- Providing tar paper bearing including laying in proper position etc. complete.

Item No. 8:- Providing expansion joint with 25 MM thick bituminous pad as per detailed drawing etc. Complete.

Item No.9:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete M 25 using with concrete mixer Span length up to 30 mtr. in severe condition.Renforcement concrete M - 20 Cement concrete of trap metal for R.C.C. work in solid slab including centering, formwork, scaffolding, ramming, vibrating finishing in cement plaster and curing etc. complete.(excluding reinforcement concrete) Height up to 5.00 mtr. from the lowest bed level.

Item No.10:- Providing, cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying in position TMT FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all RCC works as per detailed drawings etc. complete.
