Clearing Grass and removal of Rubbish

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

EPS cement sandwich wall 50mm thick

Providing and fixing in position factory made EPS cement sandwich wall/roof/floor light weight solid core panels made of core material of EPS granule balls/beads (conforming to IS 4671:1984 and shall have density not less than 15kg per cum) adhesive, cement, sand, flyash and other bonding material in mortar state processed to form in a preset mould. The outer face on both sides of the panels will be non asbestos fiber cement board confirming to IS 14862:2000 or Calcium silicate board confirming to EN 14306:2009 of 5mm thick each. Panel shall be laid on 6mm thick cement mortar (1 cement: 2 fine sand) mixed with chemical adhesive of 0.5kg per 50kg of cement or shall be preferably fixed into 'C' channel made of 1.2mm thick MS plate screwed/fastenened to the slab/column/beam etc. The panel shall fixed vertically with tongue and groove joint and horizontally locked with steel bar between each other and floors and filled with cement mortar and adhesive. Panels should be used as floor & roofing with additional structural support, steel or RCC depending upon the design. All the operation shall be completed in all respect as per drawings, Manufacturers specifications and under the overall direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of all the material is included except "C channel" which will be paid separately). Non load bearing panels 50mm thick of required size.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Ceramic glazed wall tiles

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

SITC of High Mast Lighting :

Supply, Installation, earthing, glanding, termination of incoming and outgoing cables/wires at luminaire , testing and commissioning of lighting luminaires and other accessories suitable for outdoor installation. This shall include transportation from owner's issue point to actual place of installation by contractor's own lifting & transporting arrangement, unpacking, assembly of luminaries, drilling etc. as required, all labour and material complete as per drawings, specification of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-charge. This will include any modifications required to be carried out on the mounting bracket to suit mounting of lighting fixtures & any modifications required for proper commissioning of fixture.Following Site Conditions will be considered for design and installation of 30 meter heigh High Mast :

The winches are to be type tested through reputed institutions like IIT as consultants. 30 Meter High Mast with 12x400W LED Lighting fixtures comprising of the following as a minimum : # 30 Meter High Mast shaft in three sections suitable for required wind speed with raising / lowering system comprising of frame for luminaries carriage suitable to install 12 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, SS Wire rope, trailing cable, motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning protections including lighting finile and all other accessories required for the complete installation of the High Mast. # GI Anchor Foundation bolts as per Civil drawing along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates # Non-integral flood light luminaries of 400W LED Fixtures with control gear boxes # Two nos. aviation obstruction lights with 9W LED Lamps # Outdoor stand mounted weatherproof (IP-55) MCB DB/ weather proof Feeder (IP-55) pillar distribution box with Incomer / outgoing MCB, ELCB,Temp. Class T3. # Trailing cables, wires as required (except the incoming power cables to Feeder Pillar Box / MCB Distribution Box). # Supply shall include commissioning spares as required (List shall be provided by bidder). Technical Data Sheet (TDS) of the mast, lighting fixtures, outdoor lighting panel, trailing cables to be submitted along with the bid.
