Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed

M&L machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick fixed as in repairs for steps, pillars skirting/dad, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2. 3mm thick, set and jointed with white/coloured cement to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off comer/edges inci all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish.

M&L Glass mosaic tiles in vertical/floor surface of size 20x20x4 mm fixed with 2 to 3mm thick rubber grout pressed with rubber trowel to remove excess grout, domp sponge and subsequently with dry ray, Including dismantling of old mosaic tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No. 4.00 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers in any type of soil not exceeding 25 cm to achieve desired compactness complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus soil (material) to a distance exceeding 1.5Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 5Km above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius including demolition of old unserviceable brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges etc including demolition of old PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring as per site requirment with PVC insulated FR LS unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm including earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm in and including concealed PVC conduit including MS bos suitable of modular fittings ,inner and outer modular top sheet top cover, for one 5 pin socket outlet 15 Amps independent all as specified .

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch connections etc as required.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. Supply and Fixing 63 A rating MCB TPN, rupturing capacity 10 ΚΑ, 'C' curve, 415V in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and comissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 6 A to 32 A rating rating 240/415 V, 10 KA "C" curve miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and comissioning etc as required.
