| 1 | M&L for Servicing and checking of 25 KVA to 30 KVA DG Set including replacement of fuel filter (primary and secondary), supper by pass filter, separator fuel filter, oil filter of suitable size and checking of all safety devices including opening, adjusting, tightening of tappet cover complete by torque wrinch by applying proper pressure, cleaning of fuel and oil tank and refitting to DG set including replacement of new engine oil and coolant , complete cleaning of DG set examining and rectification of engine RPM, monitoring of output voltage and maintaining/adjusting speed governor, refilling the radiator with water and coolant, etc complete all as specified and directed
Note :-
1. Engine oil, coolant, safety device and spare parts required to replace shall be measured and paid separately ass supply only and under relevant item of BOQ items.(OEM: Kirloskar/Cummins/Jakson/Ashok Lyland/Existing make of DG set)
