Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete hollow blocks, including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete. 1:3:6(1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

WOODEN FLOORING: Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring including fixing with iron screws complete: Second class deodar wood 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing Ladakhi Shigsak over doors and windows complete as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 500x500x40 mm thick Turf paver (Turfpave XD) on 150 mm thick sub grade of compacted bed of 20 mm thick nominal size stone aggregate and base course and filling with 150 mm thick fine sand, including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and finishing smooth etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 30 X 3 mm glass strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and supplying Over head water tank of specified capacity to be housed in glass house of specified size on roof of the guest house to avoid freezing of water. The tank and the pipelines to be sufficiently puff insulated to avoid freezing of water. The Drainage system also needed to be sufficiently insulated all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 3 courses of water proofing treatment with bitumen felt cover roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 confirming to IS 702 applied hot @ 1.45 kg / Sq.M of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type - 3 Grade - 1 ("Hessian based self finished bitumen" felt) including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Roof Drain: Providing and fixing roof drain pipes of 100 mm (4”) dia to drain the rain and snow malting water of approved quality.

Providing cement based water proofing treatment to the new terraces, chajjas, cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherient holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brickbat coba in waterproof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300 mm in the shape of vattas, with waterproof plaster finished smooth with trovel in cement / geru with false markings of 300 mm squares complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge With Average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm using river sand / crushed sand.

Supply and installation of stainless steel signage board of thickness 18 guage (1.2 mm thick) using Engraving / Aching technique. The dimensions of the Board is 5 feet x 4 feet and the printed letters and logos as the description of BARC. The item includes excavation and installation of SS Signage Board using concreting and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.
