Design, Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of 400 KWp Ground Mounted solar power plant of the required capacity of Solar PV arrays, their structures PCUs, distribution panel, control and monitoring system, data loggers, cabling, earthing as per tender specification i/c transportation, storage of material insurance, associated electrical works required civil work i/c foundation, statutory clearance/ approvals and it's conversion to AC power including LT power evacuation and injection system with UG / Surface 1.1 KV cabling system upto grid power evacuation and injection system with UG / Surface 1.1 KV cabling system upto grid connectivity / injection point any other requirement for successful commissioning of the solar power plant on "Trunkey/ Single responsibility" basis and including the following constituent components.
Minimum single module capacity of 400 Wp Mono crystalline Half-cut Solar PV modules complete as required & as specified.
Hot dip galvanised steel/ Aluminium structure for mounting of solar PV modules complete as required and as specified.
PCC base for the steel structure works complete as required & as specified.
Junction boxes, String Connector boxes and associated incoming and outgoing DC Power Copper Cables of suitable size & rating, communication cables and control cables and accessories complete as required & as specified.
Inverters/Power Conditioning Units along with associated incoming and outgoing power cables of suitable size & rating, control cables and communication cables & accessories complete as required & as specified.
Associated/required AC & DC power distribution boards, IP 65 along with suitable rotary MCB required & as specified.
Supplying & laying of associated incoming and outgoing power, control & communication cables by providing & fixing of suitable size cable tray with cover complete as required & as specified.
Supply & laying of copper / aluminium power cables of suitable size & rating from AC side of inverter to/or ACDB to LT Panel complete as required and as specified.
Lightning protection system for complete Solar PV System.
Earthing System for complete Solar PV System, Invertor, AC & DC Distribution boards, Junction Boxes & other current carrying equipments complete as required and as specified.
Providing & fixing of Carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 2878-1976 and cylinder fully charged of 4.5 Kg capacity at each location of inverter as per requirement and as specified - 10 Set
Any other item/work, which is not clearly specified but required to complete the work as per the scope of work mentioned & specified technical specifications complete all as required and as specified.
All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of complete 400 Kwp Solar power plant (Carport) including Solar panel, invertors, ACDB, DCDB, Internal wiring, power cable upto grid terminal point etc., cleaning and washing of solar panel including monetering of solar generation, report generation etc. as required for 5 years during defects liability period.
