Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Removing and refixing of wash basin for maintenance and repair works including fixing with new brackets, screws etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Easening of wooden doors/windows of any size and thickness by removing the doors /windows shutters making necessary repairs like plaining the edges as required so as to ensure smooth functional operation of the door/window and replacing the M.S.butt hinges wherever required etc,. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of terrace/spouts/khurras/ anopy/Blocked Chajjas etc, by Removing leaves, grass,dust,Rubbish and other deposited/accumulated Materials etc including disposal of Rubbish to dumping ground up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of building etc. cleaning of Terraces, accessible canopy ,chajjas & likes etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Removing aluminium partition including dismembering of all members like Aluminium pipes, channels, panel board, glass, grills, etc and stacking properly etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Filling cracks by making grove & using 'Dr. Fixit Crack - X powder or equivalent polymer crack filling material, including zula etc. complete at any floor level and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of blockage in floor trap/ s-trap and conncected sewer line up to manhole at all levels including rodding with G.I wire of suitable thickness in blocked SWR pipes up to required length and removing rubbish / sludge and disposal of the same up to a lead of 100m complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Desludging / cleaning of septic tank of the specified capacity preferably by hydrostatic head or by using a portable pump or by muncipal desludging tanker, including pouring/spreadding atleast 5 Ltr. Of Kerosine upon sludge inside the Septic tank to avoid foul smell for the surrouing occupants atleast 30 minutes before cleaning. Thereafter,disposal of sludge beyond muncipal limits etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for :
