Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 3 core 185 sq mm including taking out/down old existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying cable/ taking out under ground cable, GI pipes and bricks laid under cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after cables/pipes are laid and tested complete all as directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measurement and paid.

M & L for un- reinforced pre cast concrete covers class HV type 300mmx 180mm x 40mm size factory made for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of CTs 66 KV class for following ratio out door type oil immersed as per IS 2705 with insulators electrical connection as per manufacturers instruction complete CT shall be rated voltage of 72.5 KV Core-1 5P10 for Protection, Core-2 for metering, Core-3 5P10 for Protection & Core-4: PS for REF/Differential, Ratio 100-50/1-1-1-1 Amp for 5 MVA Transformer all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engr in charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of exixting transformer oil. (c) The contractor solely responsible for any dammages to the transformer/HT OCB during the prosses of oil filtration. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer/HT OCB at his own cost without any extra cost to the department.
