Earth work:- Earth work in construction/patari & closing & reparing cuts and making daula in service road with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift up to 1.50 m, transporting to site, spreading, graging to required slope and compaction with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50.

Brick edging on both side of the road of brick class M-150, 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavted earth as direction by the Enginner in charge of the work for proper completion of work.

GSB:- Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded materials, sapreading in uniform layier with motor grader on pre-dressed surface mixing by mix in place method with roller to achive the desired density, complete as per technical specification of MORTH Clause 401.

WBM Grading- II Providing laying spreding and compaction stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD specification clause 405.

Prime coat :-Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm as per MORD specification.

Tack coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion distribution at the rate of 0.30 Kg /sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular base surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORD specification.

20mm Thick open- graded premix surface :- Providing laying and rolling of open -graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or out-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mixplant, transportation to the site, laying with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Seal Coat:- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levelgrade and cross fall using Type C seal coat (As per MORD Specified clause 510).
