Repair and refixing of existing legs by welding, repair and refixing of existing shelves and making it serviceable and applying a coat of red oxide primer where ever required complete all as directed and specified .

Supply & fix and replacement and welding of legs made of 1.00 mm thick plain black sheet complete all as specified and directed and shown on drg.

Supply and fix in replacement 3 way lock, 4 levers with duplicate keys MAKE : HARRISON/GODREJ complete all as approved, specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement shutters of almirah medium fabricated out of 1mm thick MS sheet complete with a coat of red oxide primer as shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement CP MS handle as per existing pattern and design to any type of Almirah complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Spray painting to almirah medium steel inner and outer surface with synthetic enamel paint of shade as per existing or as approved by GE including preparation of surface after cleaning dirt/dust with emery paper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement & welding of legs made of 1.00 mm thick plain black sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of aluminiun handle as per existing pattern and design to the lockers steel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable damage table top including aluminum sheet from the table and Supply & fix new table top of size 1900x685mm made out of of 18mm thick plain particle board (Phenyl Bonded) covered with 22 gauge aluminium sheet complete all as specified, directed and shown on drg.

M&L for preparing of steel surface of table and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Black paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing unserviceable damaged MS square pipe of steel frame of Table Dining OR/ Form with back/ Form without back wherever required and S&F by welding new MS square pipe of size 25mmx25mmx1.6 mm thick including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

FORM WITHOUT BACK (FD-78M)

Removing the existing unserviceable broken seat plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) seat plank of size 1500x250mm and 25mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size complete all as specified, directed and shown on drg .

FORM WITH BACK (FD-78M)

Removing the existing unserviceable broken seat plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) seat plank of size 1800x250mm and 25mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size complete all as specified, directed andshown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable broken back rest plank and Supply & fix new second class hard wood (Bijasal/Hollock) back plank of size 1800x150mm and 19mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI nut/bolt & washer of adequate size complete all as specified, directed andshown on drg.

M&L for preparing steel surface of form with back / form without back and applying one coat of synthetic enamel Black Paint complete as specified and directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255 / FD-383)

Supply & fix and welding of short runner of MS conduit pipe 12 mm bore (1.60 mm thick) of Teapoy verandah and duly painted with and including coat of synthetic enamel white paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, directed and shown on drg.

All as per item No. 9.01 here in before but long runner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 18/19mm thick particle board top with 1mm thick white sun mica sheet pasted and 4mm thick teak wood beading duly polished all-round the top of teapoy verandah after dismantling old damaged/unserviceable top complete all as specified, directed and shown on drawing.

Supply and fix in replacement of lock with duplicate keys as per existing MAKE : HARRISON/GODREJ complete all as approved, specified and directed.

Removing the existing broken seat frame and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of Teakwood duly polished and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane as shown in drawing and fixed with long screw complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing broken back rest frame and supply & fixing new back rest frame of teak wood frame duly polished and canned with 2mm wide plastic cane as shown in drawing and fixed with long screw complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing broken hand rest and supply and fixing new 2nd class hard wood hand rest complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of iron flat of size 75x25x6mm thick duly welded with frame and painted with black enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of Chair CB Steel With arm by applying one coat of synthetic enamel Ist quality OG paint complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH MAP STEEL (FD 1030) M&L for repair & replacement of the following components of Almirah Map steel without disturbing the other components all as specified and shown on drg :-

S&F Chromium plated handle Godrej pattern as approved by GE and shown on drawing.

S&F drawer unit by duly replacing the worn out existing drawer unit duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and preparation of surface all as specified,directed and as shown on drg.

Replacement of automatic locking device as per existing pattern and size all as shown on drg and approved by GE.

Replacement of ball bearing with channel as shown on drg and directed.

Repair of existing drawer to bring in original shape for easy movement all as shown or drg and directed.

M & L for synthetic enamel spray painting of OG colour or any other colour as per existing over steel surface of Almirah MAP Steel internal one coat & external two coats including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.
