Temporary arrangement of the LT power cable for dismantling the faulty 600 Amp. LT OCB after disconnecting the 2 x 3½ X 240 sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade & modification of the main bus bar for continues power supply to PLB plant. Reconnecting the PLB plant power cable after fitting, fixing, connecting, testing, checking the 630 A. MCCB with MS box etc. complete as reqd.
Supplying, fixing of 630 A., 4-Pole, 50 KA breaking capacity MCCB with thermal magnetic release (range 500-630A.) i/c extended rotary handle, making extended terminal for multi cable termination/connection etc. complete as required. (L&T make, Type DN3-630N, or similar equivalent model) i/c supplying & fixing of 16 swg sheet steel enclosure with suitable angle iron mounting frame, detachable gland plate, painting etc, for housing of above 630 A. MCCB as required.
Supplying & fixing of 50 mm x 5 mm copper busbar i/c cutting, bending and drilling hole on the bar,heat sink insulation covering for interconnection with main busbar to 630A.existing MCCB with drum type molded mounting base/support connecting by suitable size nut,bolt, washer,spring washer etc complete as reqd.
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.
a) 3½ X 240 sq.mm. (62mm)
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Disconnecting the incomming cables and out going bar connection of faulty 4 pole 800 Amp. MCCB i/c dismentling the MCCB etc. complete as reqd.
Supplying and fixing of 800 Amps 4 pole MCCB with Microprocessor Release MTX1.0, Release Range 320 - 800,50 KA, Type - DN4-1250N i/c rorary type extended handle and spedder terminal, connecting, testing, checking etc. complete as reqd.
