Supply & fix of Integrated Hybrid type LED Solar all in one Street Light 40 watt Made of Die cast Aluminium Housing, system lumen output 6000 Lumens with efficacy >=150lm/W, IP65/IP66, 12.8V Lithum Ferrous Phosphate Battery not less than 80Ah with BMS BIS approved, Mono crystalline Panel - 120Wp, CCT (5700K-6500K), life of LED luminaire should be 50000hrs along with built in high efficiency MPPT charge controller (inbuilt into the street light), PIR Motion sensor provided, Start dimming 33% with Backup-1 night or programmable (Programming decided by local in charge on demand) Lm 79/80, TTC BIS and NABL lab document complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect 6 mtr long Hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 130mm bottom A/F and 70mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick HT steel plate having base plate of 220x220x12mm thick alongwith double arm bracket of 1000 mm length made up of 48.3x3.25mm thick plate, 4 Nos M20 x 700 mm GI 'J' type foundation with door opening 0.90x 350 mm, with bolts,nuts, with template, blkelite sheet box with 01 no 6 A SP MCB and stand type terminal block suitable for 4 core 16 sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC foundation of grade M20 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 stone/brick aggregate) of size 550mm x 550mm x 1400mm out of which 1500mm shall be below F.G.L.(Finished Ground Level) using 4 no. 12mm dia steel reinforcement of grade Fe-415 with 50 mm clear cover to reinforcement and rings using 8mm dia steel reinforcement @ 190mm C/C using shuttering, along with supply & installation of 2 nos. of 63mm dia PVC pipe for cable entry and cable exit. 4 no. 'J' type foundation bolts shall be anchored in the foundation (PCD of 205 mm) in such a way that 125mm length of bolt is projected above foundation. It includes water curing as required and soil excavation & backfilling. It also includes supply of all material and labour including erection of foundation at Site.

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Street light fitting any type and any capacity and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid.

Supply & Laying of sub class 'B'bricks locally available best quality laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and drawing of 2x2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper flexible cable in tubular pole for providing supply to street lights as required working voltage upto & including 1100 volts to IS : 694/2010 –ISI marked for connecting street light to looping box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of dust and wheather proof gasket 250mmx200mmx150mm deep box nominal size of FRP cable looping box with the existing pole with MS clamp made out of 25mmx3mm thick flat iron with suitable nuts and bolts complete with hinged cover and locking screws earth studs neoprene gasket suitable for Nos 4 pole mounted including supply and fixing one no 6 Amp MCB carrier with base and 4 way 60 Amp terminal block suitable to receive PVC armoured cable fixed on suitable size Baketillte sheet base complete with connection painting as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 40/50mm bore "light grade" GI pipe bracket of length 1.5 mtr clamped to poles fabricated out of mild steel (MS) flat iron of size 25 x 3mm with 6 Nos nuts and bolts and 12 Washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with alll fittings, laid in trenches. Under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with mild steel clamps, bolts nuts and washers complete all as specified of the following bore (Excavation & Earth work, Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately).
