Providing and fixing 10mm ( Ten millimetre) thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm ( Six hundred in to six hundred ten millimetre) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement is to three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 6 mm (Six milimetres) thick NITCO, Somany/Kajaria or equivalent white glazed tiles of size 30 x 20 cm (thirty centimetre into twenty centimetre) in eads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve milimetres) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement complete. within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC coloured/white with (dual flushing system) 10.00 Ltrs (Ten litres) capacity low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I. or M.S. brackets with fittings such as lead valve less siphon, 15mm (Fifteen milimetres) nominal size PVC ball valve with polythene float, with flush buffor, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipe, 40mm (Forty milimetres) diametres C.P. flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (over flow pipe to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Kitchen sink with drain board 510*1040 mm (Fve hundred ten into One thousend forty hundred millimetre) with bowl depth 250mm (two hundred fifty millimetre) ISI 304 (18/8) as per IS: 13983 with CI brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm 9forty millimetre) including painting of fitting and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing flat back 600x450mm (Six hundred into Four hundred fifty milimetres) beveled edge mirror of modiguard / autal / Galdin fish or superior glass mounted on 6mm (Six milimetres) thick A.C. sheet or ply wood sheet and fixed to wooden plugs with C.P. brass screws and washers including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 15 liter ( Fifteen liter ) capacity gysar including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 3 liter ( three liter ) capacity gysar including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and placing water tank make P.V.C. SINTEX or equivalent having capacity of 500 (five hundred ) liters each tank with necessary fittings including over flow pipe scour pipe etcetera and pads required for in let and out let ball valve with cover and locking arrangements complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes 32mm ( thirty two millimetre ) dia nominal complete with G.I fitting including trenching and refilling etc.within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi , royality, Malkana ,toll tax , sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
