Electrical Heat Tracing System

Electrical Heat Tracing System includes following min. items but not limited to, • Heat Tracers & Heat Tracer Components / Fittings / Accessories like cable glands, Power Connector, Splice and/or Tee Connectors, End connector, End Seal Kits, insulation entry kit, T-splices, fixing tapes, warning labels, and Mounting Frame and/or Tapes etc. • RTD Temperature Sensing Elements • Isolating Transformer (as if required) • Main Heat Tracing Panels (Fully Equipped with Microprocessor based Heat Trace Control & Monitoring System, Incoming Power feeder, outgoing heat tracing circuits, required protection, measuring and indicating components), suitable to outdoor installation, civil foundation by others/client • Sub Distribution Panels, Power Junction Boxes, End Junction Boxes etc. as required • Panel Mounting Rack for field installation of the panel • Earthing material take off for heat tracing system. Earthing material will be purchased by Owner. • Design calculation of insulation thickness to be done by EHT vendor in compliance to IS/IEC standards. • Cable sizing, cable length, glands, cable tray sizing, installation material and erection hardware and detailed BOQ along with installation details for all outgoing power & control/instrumentation/signal cable from electrical heat tracing distribution panels (PDB/LDB) and downstream system shall be furnished by EHT vendor to purchaser. Above mentioned power & control/signal cable and cable trays shall be purchased by Owner. • Supply & installation of insulation by purchaser / IOCL • Base frame of main panel and sub distribution panel / JBs by Owner including all civil structures.
