Maintenance & Operation of water supply installations by operating pumps and valves of incoming and out going area including OH Reservoir Tank 'F' Shoping Complex borewell, MAP Bore well and maintenance and operation of Perimeter area Bore well at WT No. 11,12,13,14 in two shifts with 01 FGM per shift, each shift of 08 hours, including Sundays and holidays, by employing the manpower for operation of sluice valves, pumps sets of any size for the raising main and distribution related to both tanks complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shift timing :- First shift 0600hrs to 1400 hrs Second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs

(Badam Gunta water point connected with 05 Nos borewells with LT Panel board incl starters. Well No 2 water point connected with 04 Nos borewells with LT Panel incl starters. Church borewell connected with 03 Nos borewells with LT Panels including starters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shift timings :- First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Third shift 2200hrs to 0600hrs

Maintenance & Operation of water supply installations, pumping & Distribution system at Pump House No 03 (SMQ Area) in three shifts with 01 Operator (FGM), each shift of 08 hours, including Sundays and holidays, by employing the manpower for entire system comprising of Chlorination plant, Iron Removal plant, DG set, etc and connected items such as operation of sluice valves of any size situated inside/outside the pump house No 03 including operation of bore wells and maintenance of records and documents complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Pump House No 3 Connected with 04 Nos bore wells with LT Panel including starters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shift timings :- First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs Second shift 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Third shift 2200hrs to 0600hrs

Note for Item No 1 to 3:-

NOTE :- (i) Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly OFFs (iii) Minimum Staff to be employed for operation: 01 FGM per shift (Each Shift) (iii) The entire surrounding area shall be cleaned & maintained well as directed by Engr-in-Charge

(iv) Necessary printed Log sheets as per prescribed performa shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform duly printed with the company name in the shirts and one pair of Industrial shoe to his employee. The samples of Uniform & Shoe shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge before procurement.

(vi) Necessary hand tools & safety equipment as listed below to be provided to the operator, which shall be handed over to next operator after completion of every shift. a) Pipe Wrench 12"-01 No b) Adjustable Spanner 8" - 01 No c) Screw Driver 12" - 01 No d) Hammer 500 gm - 01 No e) LED Torch rechargable - 01 No f) Line tester - 01 No g) Test Lamp - 01 No h) Ring Spanner - 01 Set i) Allenkey Set - 01 No j) Toolbag of suitable size 01 No. The cost of above said necessary hand tools and safety equipment to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

vii) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE / AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple bar phone shall have to be provided)
