Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: WPC will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item. Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in Cement Mortar 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling/ struts in patches in Cement Mortar 1:3. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed of size 6mm with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly Rough Cast plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of acrylic Weather Coat Exterior Paint with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechenical wall sander (having mechenical vaccume machinism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 Grit having Dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, by skilled labour complete all as directed. NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for 1-2mm thick white cement base wall care putty (Multi purpose mixer shall be used for uniform & proper mixing of wall care putty) and making the surface smooth etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for preparing old / New putty surfaces of Walls for Finishing with Acrylic Smooth exterior weather coat paint of required shade upto two storey of Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying Paint shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for One coats of white wash on old plaster surface of ceiling including prepration of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for Three coats of white wash on New plaster surface of ceiling including prepration of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick masonry with sub class 'B', old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for all items (i) Removal of plants/trees/Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVc pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process and cost of same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of external periodical items. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by engineer -in charge. (iiI) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall.

(iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All windows, joineries, mirrors, fittings, doors etc. shall be covered before painting the surfaces and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, failing which a recovery shall be done from the RAR as decided by Garrison Engineer and the quoted rate is deemed inlusive of these provisions. (vi) Contractor shall store the entire quantity of all type of paints drums in site store with double lock system and key of one lock with contractor and key of second lock with Deptt rep and daily use quantities will be issued to working labour by both parties and daily consumption shall be recorded in proper register duly signed by both parties. (vii) Item Nos 7 to 10 shall be executed by authorised applicators/painters trend by paint manufacturer and contractor shall furnish the certificate of same to the deptt before commancement of work.
