The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary to any extent or deleted during execution as per actual approved lay out plan & site condition.
Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to IS 1489 (Part 1) 1991 of approved quality like ACC,Ultra-Tech, Birla or equi. Shall only be used.
Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at actual weight.
In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor.
Labor Cess, Royalty and all other taxs will be the liability of the firm/contractor, only GST will be paid by the department.
The firm should observe the work site before participating in the tender.
All work will be done according to UPPWD/UPPTCL specification or as per direction by the Engineer Incharge.
Test of all the construction materials shall be done by the contractor at their own cost from the lab approved by NABL as per direction Engineer Incharege .In case of unsatisfactory test result the dismanteling and reconstruction of structure shall be done by the contractor at their own cost.
During the work, the entire responsibility of protecting the human power (labor, mason etc.) appointed at the construction site will be of the firm/contractor and the entire responsibility of any untoward incident will be of the firm/contractor.
For the construction JCB Machine etc will be taken to switch yard only with the written permission of the related JE (Civil)/SDO (Civil). In case of any accident the entire responsibility of the damage will be of the Contractor.
All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL.
The quantities in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any extent or be deleted as per the requirement at site.
All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.
Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST. Labour tax shall be borne by contractor.
