SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ B/R WORKS]

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft /loose soil for laying underground cables, laying pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layres not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting transformer 100 KVA capacity , opening the top cover, draining out transformer oil to clean barrel for reuse and carrying out the following works for 100 KVA capacity of transformers :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assy, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc and keeping aside for re-use / replacement. (b) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge’s and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Replacement of unserviceale/defective parts of transformer all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: Material and labour for spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for On site de-hydration of transformer 100 KVA capacity oil to achieve a dielectric strength to with stand 40 KV for 2 minutes in 2.5mm gap including all necessary T&P, connection/ disconnection of HT / LT cables, oil pipes etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling new transformer oil brought in sealed barrel , low viscosity as per IS:335-1993 duly dehydrated and tested to with stand 40 KV for 2 minutes in 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Old retreived transformer oil against filling up in replacement shall be deposited in E/M store yard.

S&F of ceramic HT bushing for transformer Cap up to 100 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of ceramic LT bushing for transformer Cap up to 100 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bushing stud HV (Brass metal) for Transformer 100 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bushing stud LV (Brass metal) for Transformer 100 KVA 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scraping, cleaning and preparation of surface of transformer and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (matching to existing colour)over a coat of red oxide primer zinc chrome with spray painting arrangement including writing of SM/ MES Numbers on the transformer body all as specified and directed for the 100 KVA capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F temperature meter of existing type and size for 100 KVA transformers all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of heavy duty silica gel air breather assembly for transformer of capacity 160 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 25 sqmm to 35 sqmm 4 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Supply & fix aluminium lugs for 150 sqmm to 180 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specefied and as directed

Taking down the unserviceable Lightning arresters and Supply and fix 11000 volt Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, dies-charge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall / pole/ tray etc UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric UG cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area of following size incl taking down old unserviceable LT UG cable into credit complete all as specified and as directed

M&L High density poly ethylene pipes (HDPE) 100mm dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 32x6mm GI strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point,including 20 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering and 40 mm GI pipe (Medium grade) for protection of earth strip and including testing on completion ,PCC chambers in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC M25 type cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle GI funnel & wire mesh ,funnel,lugs and charcoal,salt etc all as applicable including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete for taking into credit all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note:-(i) The rates quoted is inclusive of 32x6mm GI strip earth conductor upto a length of 7.5m from the earth pit.

Supply and lay earth continuity conductor or main earting lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicted situation for loop earthing etc of galvanised steel earth strip of size 32 X 6mm including taking down old unserviceable earth strip complete for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for end termination joint (epoxy) for underground cable including joint kit for making joint suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size :- Note :- Excavation, returning filling in removing etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of work.
