Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches,bell pushs , ceiling roses,Pendent,regulators, sockets, light fittings, call bells etc. removing the material to KV School store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: weight of Aluminium / Copper scrap shall be ascertained by Board of officers as ordered by GE.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.

Material and Labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core PVC insulated, unsheathed 'multi stranded' FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic, rigid non mettalic PVC conduit (medium grade) 20mm bore surface on wall / ceiling with and including 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable as continuous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) including modular metal flush box concealied with front & modular cover plate with frame suitable matching colour of required module for mounting or housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, etc. including blanking plates & all other fixing accessories for one light/fan/call bell/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5/6 Amps switch or bell push or one 5/6 Amp switch and fan regulator and including cutting chases (as required) and making good surfaces to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plates, modular frame plates and flush fixed with cement mortar 1:4 etc.However modular switches,sockets and regulators shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Material & Labour cast iron Cable route indicator oval shaped of size 200mm x 150mm x 6 mm thick with and including letter embossed as "LT UG CABLE" and fixed on 25mm x 25mm x 6 mm MS angle iron 450 mm long embedded in PCC block 20cm x 20cm x 20cm in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm stone aggregates with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9.00mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws complete all as specified including internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth shall be painted with bituminous paint and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles all as specified. Note:- Necessary earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of respective schedules. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Supply and fixing junction box ,size not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98mm, insulated type , made out with Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. Note :-1.Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate for CJB/PJB 2.The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclabe, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. 3. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. 4.The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. 5.The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60988 - 2 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. 6. The Junction Box color according to RAL 9011. 7.The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechnical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08.

Material and Labour Bracket made with GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade at 120 degree angle,1.2 mtr long ,including fixing with help of 02 Nos. MS clamps made out with flat iron 40mm x 5mm, nuts, bolts and washers etc.including duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply , installation, commissioning and testing Wall Mounting indoor type LT Panel board made of Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel embedded with PU gasket with conical top with thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be IP 65, IK 08, anti-acid & anti corrosive. Panel should covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges complete with copper bus bar with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve, DMC insulators, TPN, three phase, 04 wire (In separate chamber), Internal Power & control wiring with suitable size PVC insulated FRLS single core multistranded copper wire cableand including panel painting The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM only. TYPE TEST & ROUTINE TEST REPORT to be submitted. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. Dismantling safely Interlocking tiles already laid on ground surfaces up to 0.70 mtr wide and deposit in store yard of KV No.1 Bathinda and Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of bricks / un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover layer for cable protection and Re- laying the interlocking tiles carefully after recollecting from KV No.1 Bathinda as per existing pattern on ground surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note:(i)The rate of dismantled Interlocking tiles up to 0.70mtr and deposting in stored of KV No.1 Bathinda and recollect the same from store of KV School Bathinda for Re- laying carefully as per existing pattern on ground surfaces as directed by Engineer -in-charge is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extrta on this account. Old unservicable cable and bricks/ bats /un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover shall be considered in schedule of credit under respective items of Schedule of credit.(ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ..

Note:- (i) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
