M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement upto 4 storeys building with water proofing compound complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on Bk surfaces on fair face of brick work and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. (e) 15mm thick screed bed as in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. (f) cutting of Grooves in wall to fixing of APP membrane Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantte of treatement shall be for 10 years.

M&L for dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type

S&F PVC coating chain link fencing including GI lines wire 3mm dia 50mmx50mm mesh size and any type of standard,rails straining bolts, including provision of binding wire,bolts or welding to steel members complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster and also including cutting of steel bar, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust by sand/grit blasting and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 3mm dia steel wire and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sika. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 3% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying gunniting 30mm thick in cement mortar (1:2) and including 15mm thick plaster in CM1:4, 2 coats of 1mm thick wall care putty, applying two coat of snocem and extra reinforcement as if required, complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
