Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position Ready mixed Plain Cement Concrete of M20 using 20mm size downgraded (HBGS) hard broken granite stone jelly to attain the specified characteristic strength not less than 20N/mm2 at 28 days and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transmit mixer including pumping RMC from transmit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, including pumping RMC from transit mixer to site of laying admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per the direction of Engineer-in charge including production cost of concrete by mixer plant including batching, mixing, hire charges for machineries such as batching plant, Generator, and carriage of concrete by transporting the concrete from batching plant to the site by using transit mixer including charges for operator and helpers and pumping of concrete from site to the required location including hire charges of pump, piping work and accessories etc., labour for pouring, consolidating and etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrète Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456- 2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (plasticiser, ‘super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrète, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shutterlng and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and laying in position Ready mixed Reinforced Cement Concrete of M 30 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm size (HBGS) hard broken granite stone jelly for RCC works to attain the specified characteristic strength not less than 30N/mm2 at 28 days and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transmit mixer including pumping RMC from transmit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, including pumping RMC from transit mixer to site of laying admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per the direction of Engineer-in charge including production cost of concrete by mixer plant including batching, mixing, hire charges for machineries such as batching plant, Generator, and carriage of concrete by transporting the concrete from batching plant to the site by using transit mixer including charges for operator and helpers and pumping of concrete from site to the required location including hire charges of pump, piping work and accessories etc., labour for pouring, consolidating and etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding. laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 2.00 m and upto 3.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel ISMC at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter Groove Angle made up of 65 x 65 x 6 mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25 x 25 x 6 mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides, conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 63mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30x 0.15m 2 Nos with required holes.Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Head Set Assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 120 Kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the Screw Rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly, conveying and stacking at section store. The Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for all machining equipments, conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete complying with standard specifications, and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering using 7.5 HP Diesel Engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel Engine oil, Pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidential charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of more than 10m and forming bund on either side and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
