Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band/ strips (Make : 3M or equivalent ) of 5 cm wide in Green (02 Nos ) & White (01 No) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

M&L for lighting arrestors expulsion type with all fitting distribution class, discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps, current rating 5 KA suitable for 11000 volts complete connecting with ACSR jumpers from LA to air brake switch with PVC sleeves complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Installing, Connecting and testing of 11 KV 200 Amps triple pole gang operated air break switch having 12 Nos post insulator with earthing switch rotating type for horizontal/ vertical operation mechanically operated 3 rows type mounted on insulator (including insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length to operated from ground level including locking arrangement with pad lock of godrej make with three Nos of keys including 11 KV swing out explusion fuses (drop out type) of 10 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white,with latters,figurs and conventional skull bones in single red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps.bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT,25x20 cm size embeded in PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type suitable for plinth mounting complete with standard accessories/fittings suitable for HT 11KV 3 Phase and LT 433 volts 3 phase 4 wire , Dyn-11, copper wound, with off load tap changer having voltage variation of ±7.5% in step of 2.5 % continuous rating of capacity 315 KVA with temperature rise shall not exceed 45° C for transformer winding and 40° C for top oil complete conforming to IS 1180 (Part 1) : 2014 Energy Efficiency Level - 3 for transformer including necessary suitable sIze PCC plateform and comrrising of following fittings :- (a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. (b) Lifting lugs/hooks . (c) Rating and terminal marking plate. (d) Silica gel breather . (e) Drain - cum - sampling valve (3/4)" nominal thread with plug (f)Thermometer pocket with dial type thermometer. (g) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (h) Conservator with oil level gauge. (j) First fill of oil up to appropriate level as recommended by manufacturer with fresh new oil. (k) Type of connection arrangement : MS cable termination box on LT side and open bushing on HT side. NOTE :- Plinth stone masonry platform as per manufacturer recommendations complete with standard fittings conforming to IS-1180 energy efficient and with ECBC Closset or latest IS complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Stone masonary platform will be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand Cushioning, Cable covers, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Supply design, Fabricate, Installation, Testing & Commissioning in replacement of outdoor type dust proof & vermin proof cubical panel board compartmentalized with separate bus bar and cable alley chambers suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz, Ac supply system as per latest IS/IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory (manufacturer possessing CPRI test report for equivalent ratings) having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3.15mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 450mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards (02Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall be suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring using copper flexibles and lugs of suitable grade/capacity complete all as specified and directed :-

(i) Bus bar : TPN Aluminium bus bar of suitable rating provided with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves insulation mounted on insulators for main bus bar and from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB's and outgoing MCCB's up to cable termination etc complete. (The rating of main bus bar shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of incomer and outgoing bus bar rating shall be 1.5 times of ampere rating of each outgoing MCCB.) and continuous earth bus with GI strip of suitable size capable for carrying full short circuit current for 1 sec shall be provided at bottom of the panel.
