Jeypore - Nabarangpur New BG Railway Line project: Design & Construction of New BG Railway Line between Ambaguda(excluding) (13.60 Km) to Nabarangpur(including) (43.996Km) involving Earthwork in Formation in Embankment/Cutting, Blanketing, Side Drains, Catch Water Drains, Minor Bridges, Major Bridges(excluding bridge no. 85 at km. 37.080 i.e. Indravati Bridge), Road Over Bridges (ROBs), Road Under Bridges (RUBs), Protection Works, P.Way Track Works with Contractor's own material supplies including supply of Track Ballast, new wide based PSC Sleepers, Special PSC Sleepers (for Turnouts, Improvised SEJs, Guard Rails etc), Points (Thick Web Switches) & WCMS Crossings, Glued Joints, H-Beam/Composite Sleepers over Girder Bridges, Improvised SEJs, all P-Way fittings, 2x25 KV AC OHE Works, 2x25 KV TSS with SP/SSP works along with SCADA, modification/Conversion to Underground for Overhead Electrical HT/LT Power Line Crossings, Electrical General Services, construction of Platforms, Station Buildings, Service Buildings, SP/SSP Buildings, TRD depot building with Tower Wagon shed, Residential Buildings, Water Supply, indoor and outdoor Electrification etc. on EPC Basis in RGDA Division of East Coast Railway"

The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the "Financial Capacity") of Rs. Rs.26.95 crore (Rupees Twenty Six Crore Ninety Five Lakhs only) at the close of the preceding Financial Year . (Cl. 2.2.2.2 of RFP Document)

Defination of Similar Work :- Any Civil Engineering work involving earthwork/blanketing and construction of bridges of each span 12m & above with steel/ composite/PSC/RCC girders with suitable bearings on open/pile/well foundation aggregating a total linear length of not less than 86 meters, and Track work (with or without transportation of materials/ballast) excluding welding work.

In case, submission of Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, or Account Payee Demand Draft, or Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Banker's Cheque, or e- payment Gateway of Authority, following shall be ensured: i.A scanned copy of (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents as specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.1) shall be uploaded on e-Procurement Portal (IREPS) while applying to the tender. ii.The original (Account Payee Demand Draft/ Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Banker's Cheque/ e- payment Gateway of Authority/ Bank Guarantee Bond) along with all other relevant documents specified in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.2) should be delivered in person to the official nominated as indicated in the RFP document (Cl. 2.11.4) within the stipulated time (Cl. 1.3 of RFP document)

Whether DSC is in the name of Authorised Signatory as per Appendix-II or Appendix-III ? (It should be in the Corporate Capacity). Refer Cl. 2.14.1.1 of RFP document.

In case of JV, whether it is Registered in the e tender portal i.e www.ireps.gov.in and the registration is valid as on the date of submission of bid ? (Refer Cl. 2.14.1.2) of RFP document.

Whether Bid Security is valid for a minimum period of 90days beyond the validity period for the Tender? (Refer Cl. 1.3 & 2.20.6 / iv of RFP document.)
