SPL REPAIR OF TRISHAKTI OFFRS INSTITUTE BLDG NO P 504 AT SUKNA AND CERTAIN OTHER SANCTIONED WORKS IN SUKNA MIL STN UNDER GE SUKNA

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajja, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in 45 mm thick (measured solid) Jallies or louvers including all mouldings set jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and like complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)
