Taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt roof treatment from roofs/vertical surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, kerbs, mud stops, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding concrete to roof or chamfered an edges etc including form work straight or curved finished fair and even to a surface all as specified and directed.

M &L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Supply of Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing roof treatment complete all as specified and directed as described in the following process: - i) Applying a coat of cold applied polymeric modified bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. ii) Providing APP based polymeric membrane with mineral top finish minimum weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick , reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application as per the manufacturer's instructions with side and end over lap of 100mm. iii) Applying a coat of Industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over bituminous primer surface. Note: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

Tacking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 150mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, including clamps all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of bore 150mm any radius, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Earhing strip (Copper/Aluminium) or strip of lightining arrestor and refixing in same places including necessary accessories all complete as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capacity of exc 250 litre but not exc 500 litre each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F tubes 20mm bore, medium grade galvanised with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves 20mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed .
