Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 30mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with Bitumen VG10@ 0.30 kg/sqm, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet with grit composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm @ 0.027 cum and BitumenVG-10 @ 1.46 kg per sqm finished with seal coat type C with 6.7mm Dala grit & Bitumen gradeVG10 as per specification Clause 1904.2
